No fridge in the room!!! The toilet clogged on the first day!!! Poor shower flow with inconsistent hot water!!! The TV didn't work!!! Pool is more decorative than functional!!!

The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the hotel, with a beautiful pool view that was a highlight to relax by. Breakfast was particularly good, with a range of fresh options to kickstart our day.

The area can get quite noisy at night due to nearby events, which disturbed our sleep.

We were in Tulum for 5 days, had lovely stay, the hotel was fairly clean with particularly good and amazing location down to the beach. The superior king room was beautiful, it included climate control, multi-channel TV and an iron. Location: the venue was just next door to the centre of Tulum, the club & streat and the ruins and cenote. Had nice dainties at Botanica Garden Cafe, located not very far from the hotel. Everything was simply great😃😀

Staying at muyu was a good experience. The rooms are large, modern, and impeccably clean. I especially loved the awesome breakfast that set me up for the day. The location is perfect-close to everything, and the staff is super friendly, especially kevin, who gave me great tips on local bike rentals.

relaxing hotel vibe

It was just a commendable fit for a city break in Tulum with excellent value for money. The hotel vibe was really relaxing. Be prepared for some noise from nearby bars.
